Our philosophy: Every child is precious. Every child can gain from participating in the sport of gymnastics.  It is our goal to provide the best possible program to help your child gain self-esteem, overall coordination and skill mastery in a positive and loving environment through their participation in our gym.

Coaches’ Education: Coaches’ education is one of our highest priorities.  Since January 1, 1999 when Heart of Texas Gymnastics started, we have always strived and will continue working diligently to improve the overall training of the coaching staff who pursue employment within this gym. It is not only very important for coaches to understand the fundamentals of gymnastics, but also to understand of the fundamentals of teaching children in a positive manner.  Our coaches attend several State and National coaching seminars each year to remain current on coaching techniques.  We are proud to be very active in USA Gymnastics (USAG) and Gymnastics Association of Texas (GAT) educational programs.
